"Nesting Time"

Spring is the time for nesting. These Great Blue Herons are building their nest in the branches of a Cypress tree, captured in South Florida at Wakodahatchee Preserve...The male almost resembles a dragon with wings spread, just landing on the branch of the tree. The female awaits the branch he is bringing to her as the nest grows underneath her, ready for her eggs. What a beautiful love story!
